The packaged items are reliably sealed in blisters and foil of pharmaceutical non-toxic polyvinyl chloride foil (PVC). DPH-260 plate roll aluminum-plastic blister packaging machine is an ideal blister packaging processing equipment at present. GMP compliant design
The whole machine is wrapped in stainless steel, and the transmission parts are separated from the working area inside the body. The work area is protected by a housing to prevent accidental injury to personnel, and the housing is made of transparent material for easy observation. The bottom of the work area is wrapped in stainless steel for quick cleaning of dust accumulation.
Compact volume
The DPH-260 requires an area of only 5 square meters, which is very convenient for the layout of clean rooms (in-house workshops). The whole machine can be split in half to facilitate transportation and final assembly.
Simple molding replacement design
The forming part is designed with a servo drive directly connected eccentric wheel tie rod and forming body cavity, and the design speed is 30-60 times/min. Replacing the mold only needs to fix a few screws, easy to replace, strong adaptability, can be put into use without repeated adjustment or fine-tuning, low requirements for personnel, saving time and improving the production efficiency of the enterprise.
Flexibility of materials
DPH-260 can be produced using most blister packaging materials, including PVC, PVC/PVDC, PVC/ACLAR and COC cold-formed aluminum.
Zone isolation
The feeding area and testing part are independent from the heat seal and batch number blanking area, and the intervention and non-intervention areas are completely isolated.
Continuous sealing
The rotary sealing mechanism runs continuously and seals, which is fast, stable, impact-free, and has good sealing effect. Outstanding advantages over intermittent systems.
Batch number and blanking
The lot number and the blanking of two parts in a unit are located on the same horizontal line, which maximizes vibration (internal balancing forces). The mold takes up less space, allowing the machine to run at cycles approaching or exceeding 150 cycles per minute.
Output mates
The 260 mm format can be combined with a 1-out 3 combination to facilitate the connection of 1 or 2 subsequent conveyor belts. Under the premise of no remaining material, it perfectly cooperates with the downstream connection.
