一、產(chǎn)品簡介
該產(chǎn)品為常州東曦自動化科技有限公司為適應(yīng)市場需求而研發(fā)生產(chǎn)的定制產(chǎn)品。主要目的是為了解決當(dāng)前中小型制備自動化程度不高的問題,實現(xiàn)完全自動化操作,從而節(jié)省人力物力,向工業(yè)4.0邁進(jìn)。主要適用于DAC200及以下色譜柱。
前期本公司已經(jīng)對多家客戶的相關(guān)產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行了升級改造,并保持了良好的溝通,積累了一定的實際生產(chǎn)經(jīng)驗,為本產(chǎn)品的設(shè)計制造奠定了基礎(chǔ)。在設(shè)備運(yùn)行過程中,客戶在肯定設(shè)備功能的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了諸多改進(jìn)意見,本公司根據(jù)客戶建議對設(shè)備進(jìn)行優(yōu)化設(shè)計,以滿足客戶工廠批量生產(chǎn)的要求。
二、系統(tǒng)組成
1、PLC控制系統(tǒng)及軟件
(1)能控制多臺泵進(jìn)行梯度洗脫(即泵能以任意流速任意比例運(yùn)行,例如A泵從0%至100%同時B泵從100%至0%,但是總值為100%;或者A泵從17%至88%同時B泵從83%至12%,流速總和為設(shè)定流速之內(nèi)任意數(shù)值),也可單獨(dú)控制每臺泵。
(2)根據(jù)預(yù)先設(shè)計好的工作模式進(jìn)行自動進(jìn)樣、洗脫、收集工作,并可無限循環(huán)運(yùn)行。
(3)控制進(jìn)樣泵精準(zhǔn)進(jìn)樣。
(4)控制閥門進(jìn)行工作模式切換及收集。
(5)控制檢測器進(jìn)行信號收集及反饋,實現(xiàn)可根據(jù)時間及峰高進(jìn)行自動切換收集。
2 溶劑泵。根據(jù)客戶實際需求選擇1臺或者多臺泵。
3 進(jìn)樣泵。根據(jù)客戶實際需求選擇,數(shù)量1臺,用于進(jìn)樣。
4 檢測器。根據(jù)客戶實際需求選擇。
5 收集系統(tǒng)。根據(jù)客戶實際需求選擇。與液體接觸部分材質(zhì)為316L、PTFE、POM或者PEEK。
6 工作模式切換閥。根據(jù)客戶實際需求選擇。與液體接觸部分材質(zhì)為316L,PTFE、POM或者PEEK。
7 裝柱專用手動閥。兩位三通球閥3個,通徑4mm,耐壓10Mpa。與液體接觸部分材質(zhì)為316L,PTFE、POM或者PEEK。
8 在線過濾器。安裝在進(jìn)色譜柱之前。可以選裝1個或者多個。
9 框架及管路??蚣転殇X型材拼接或者304焊接組裝框架。管路為無縫鋼管,材質(zhì)均為316L。
1. Product introduction
This product is a customized product developed and produced by Changzhou Dongxi Automation Technology Co., Ltd. to meet market demand. The main purpose is to solve the current problem of low degree of automation in small and medium-sized preparations, and to achieve fully automated operation, so as to save manpower and material resources and move towards Industry 4.0. It is mainly suitable for DAC200 and below columns.
In the early stage, the company has upgraded the related products of many customers, maintained good communication, accumulated certain practical production experience, and laid the foundation for the design and manufacture of this product. In the process of equipment operation, the customer on the basis of affirming the function of the equipment, put forward a lot of improvement suggestions, the company according to the customer's suggestions to optimize the design of the equipment to meet the requirements of the customer's factory mass production.
Second, the system composition
1. PLC control system and software
(1) It can control multiple pumps for gradient elution (that is, the pump can operate at any flow rate in any proportion, for example, pump A from 0% to 100% and pump B from 100% to 0%, but the total value is 100%; or pump A from 17% to 88% and pump B from 83% to 12%, the sum of the flow rates is any value within the set flow rate), and each pump can also be controlled separately.
(2) Automatic sampling, elution and collection are carried out according to the pre-designed working mode, and can be operated in infinite cycles.
(3) Control the injection pump to inject accurately.
(4) Control the valve to switch and collect the working mode.
(5) Control the detector for signal collection and feedback, and realize automatic switching and collection according to time and peak height.
2 Solvent pumps. Choose one or more pumps according to the actual needs of customers.
3 Injection pumps. According to the actual needs of customers, the quantity is 1 set, which is used for injection.
4 Detectors. Choose according to the actual needs of customers.
5 Collection system. Choose according to the actual needs of customers. The parts that come into contact with the liquid are made of 316L, PTFE, POM or PEEK.
6. Working mode switching valve. Choose according to the actual needs of customers. The material for contact with liquids is 316L, PTFE, POM or PEEK.
7. Special manual valve for column installation. There are 3 two-position three-way ball valves, with a diameter of 4mm and a pressure resistance of 10Mpa. The material for contact with liquids is 316L, PTFE, POM or PEEK.
8 Online filters. Installed before the incoming column. One or more can be optionally installed.
9 Frame and tubing. The frame is aluminum profile splicing or 304 welded assembly frame. The pipes are seamless steel pipes, and the materials are all 316L.
